DECC Healthcare offers hands-on specialist Training, and support to clients in their  own Premises, such as GP practice or virtually . This involves upskilling GPs, Nurses, Pharmacists and HCAs in providing and supporting patients in Diabetes Care and Management.  These services include: - Mentorship training and support for Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in assessing and implementing change in medication - Optimisation of treatment in a timely manner - Providing guidance on how to screen and train patients in the use of injectable therapy - Mandatory training for HCPs at Client’s own facility - Presentation / webinar for pharmaceutical companies - Corporate Health Awareness Programme in customer’s Premises. 

· To increase clients’ knowledge and confidence in patents assessment using available clinical information to determine suitable treatment [ injectable or oral agents]. · To help HCPs make clinical decision in a safe manner · To help HCP use/ prescribe the correct medication/ treatment base on clinical information, medical history, and comorbidities. · To create opportunities to increase and expand their knowledge and skills   To help corporate organisations maintain a healthy workforce through Health Awareness Programme and thus reduce sickness related absence.
